EZ Loader Custom Boat Trailers said longtime employee Margo Gross died Monday.

“Margo has friends throughout the marine industry with boat manufacturers and dealerships,” the company said in a statement. “Everyone who dealt with her will remember her wonderful charisma and customer service.”

Gross and her husband, Dallas, founded TI Trailers in Midway, Ark., in 1978. They produced custom-made boat trailers.

In 1984, EZ Loader purchased TI Trailers at the current location and the couple stayed on to work at EZ Loader for several years.

In 2004, Margo returned to work at EZ Loader Custom Boat Trailers as supervisor of sales coordinators.
