Marine marketing agency Fastlane Communications LLC launched an automated monthly subscription-based webinar platform for the commercial and leisure maritime industry.
Beginning in 2015, Fastlane also will host a monthly webinar program on topics ranging from undersea ship repairs, boat management, boat automation and service coordination to trends and innovations in electrical supplies, search-and-rescue technology, LED lighting and variable capacity chillers.
The monthly webinar series will be facilitated by Fastlane director of social media and digital marketing Gaspare Marturano, author of Socialize With Me or Somebody Else Will and moderator of the Maritime Network within LinkedIn, which now has more than 100,000 members worldwide.
"Webinars are an essential part of today’s marketing mix. They’re cost-effective and ideal for creating brand awareness, education, training, demos and driving demand,” Fastlane founder and CEO Chris Faust said in a statement. “They’re also helpful for internal and external collaboration and knowledge sharing among a geographically dispersed, global work force."
The web-based webinar platform is being powered by Onstream Media and requires no installation, configuration or deployment.
Pricing ranges from $49 for as many as 50 participants to $349 a month for as many as 500 participants per webinar.
