The U.S. office of Fischer Panda Generators restructured its marine sales operation to increase its focus on the sales and service of its generators for military and homeland security vehicle applications.

As a result of an increase in the public sector contracts, which includes homeland security and military, Fischer Panda Generators U.S. has identified new opportunities for its range of asynchronous and permanent magnet designed marine generators, the company said in a statement.

Recent military-related contracts include marine generator orders for the Brunswick 37-foot Justice, the largest Boston Whaler model ever built, and Textron Marine & Land Systems' 47-foot Motor Lifeboat.
