The Florida Yacht Brokers Association will hold its sixth annual East Coast Listing to Closing and the Law seminar, scheduled for June 17 at the Bahia Mar Beach Resort and Yachting Center in Fort Lauderdale.

Topics of interest include the impact of Florida's $18,000 boating sales-use tax cap that was signed into law May 28 by Gov. Charlie Crist and will take effect July 1. Afterwards, attendees are invited to view a number of yachts on display during the FYBA monthly Third Thursday Open House.

The seminar will run from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and is available to FYBA members for $60 and non-members for $150.
