Last Friday, Florida’s commissioner of agriculture Adam Putnam visited Littoral Marine’s Crevalle Boats manufacturing facility.

Putnam is currently running for governor of Florida and said he wants to build a strong economic foundation for the state and create jobs.

In a statement, Putnam said his vision for Florida “is one that puts Florida first and will make Florida the launch pad for the American Dream.” He grew up on a cattle ranch in Florida and said he understands the importance of vocational and technical training.
