Gleistein Ropes opens U.S. office

Gleistein Ropes opened a U.S. office in Bellingham, Wash., the German company announced.

"We anticipate that we will continue to grow strongly - and want to be in a prime position to capitalize on this," said Steve LoPiano, who joins Gleistein Ropes as head of the new branch.

LoPiano brings more than 30 years of experience. He has managed manufacturing, production planning and materials management departments.

Gleistein Ropes Inc. is at 3100 Brandywine Way, Bellingham, WA 98226.
