Global Marine Insurance Agency is moving in September from its Traverse City, Mich. location to Centerpointe (the former Lake States Insurance building) in Elmwood Township, Mich.

“We are very excited to find a permanent home for our 35 colleagues and plenty of room to grow,” president Mike Smith said in a statement. “The environment that our team works in is important to us and being located on the water and around boats is a perfect setting for our staff and company.”

Global has been in its current location for 19 years.
