Great Lakes Dealer Rebrands

Publish date:

Bay Breeze Yacht Sales, a Traverse City, Mich., Nordic Tugs dealer and U.S. Powerboating-certified teaching and education center, is now Trawlers Great Lakes. The company said it rebranded and recalibrated its business in response to demand for trawlers in the region.

Located at CenterPointe Marina on Little Traverse Bay, along the Great Loop, Trawlers Great Lakes will now offer trawler-specific charters and training as an affiliate of U.S. Powerboating.

“We knew going into this that there was a need in the marketplace. What we didn’t anticipate was how big that need was,” co-founder Jay Kraft said in a statement.

Kraft added that customers interested in a Nordic Tug model can “try before they buy with one of our charter options.”
