House Manufacturing Working Group to Hold Press Briefing

Today at 12:30 p.m. (EST), House Majority Whip James E. Clyburn and Rep. Haley Stevens will host a press briefing to discuss the House Democratic Manufacturing Working Group.

Congressman Clyburn and Congresswoman Stevens are co-chairs of the group. Today’s virtual press conference is intended for media only.

The working group is made up of 32 congressional members who share a commitment to examining key issues on strengthening American manufacturing.

Democratic Manufacturing Working Group

The group will focus on such issues as workforce development, economic recovery and access to capital, climate and sustainability, trade, access to markets and the Export-Import Bank of the United States.
