Hutchinson teams with Quantum for product development

Professional sailboat racer Terry Hutchinson is partnering with the Quantum Sail Design Group to help the company with product development and customer awareness.

Hutchinson will work directly with Quantum designers on developing sails and technology, and he will use Quantum sails exclusively for his racing programs. He will be helming the TP52 Quantum Racing in the 2009 Medcup, and campaigning Barking Mad in the European Farr 40 Circuit.

“I have been involved with a number of sailing programs with Quantum over the years, and all of them were fun and successful,” Hutchinson said in a statement. “As anyone that has ever sailed with me will tell you, I have high expectations of myself and everyone around me. These guys have delivered every time.”
