SeaDek Marine Products said it was named a preferred marine flooring supplier to Independent Boat Builders Inc.

SeaDek said its entrance into the IBBI family further solidifies its standing as an industry leader in marine flooring. The company said it is a supplier to many of the world's most prestigious boatbuilders.

In 2014, Florida-based SeaDek purchased a 72,000-square-foot production facility, a big step up from the 17,000 square-foot building they moved from.

The company said the move came after several years of sustained growth that necessitated multiple off-site facilities for machine space and material storage. The move brought all operations under one roof and SeaDek said it increased the company’s capacity to meet customers’ needs.
