ICOMIA publishes Brexit guide

The International Council of Marine Industry Associations has published its first edition of ICOMIA Guidance on Brexit after the UK parliament rejected the recent withdrawal agreement.

The guidance note covers many exit scenarios that can affect manufacturers located in the UK who export to Europe or European companies who export to the UK. It also provides information for countries such as Japan or the United States who could be using the UK as an entry point into Europe.

Future editions will have additional clarifications and cover topics such as customs procedures and European Value Added Tax.
