Imtra hired Jeff Vancura to be the company’s next chief financial officer.

A finance veteran with 20 years of experience as a top executive, Vancura has held similar roles at Double E Co., TPI Composites and Mettler-Toledo Thornton. In addition to his financial duties, Vancura is a member of Imtra’s strategic-planning team.

"Jeff will utilize both his financial management and strategic planning skills to help lead Imtra into the future,” Imtra COO Eric Braitmayer said in a statement. “His experience gives him the tools to perform his responsibilities exceedingly well, and his personality and positive attitude will allow him to seamlessly fit within the Imtra team."

Vancura was selected after an extensive search after Ned Rogerson, Imtra's CFO for more than 23 years, said he will retire. The two executives will work closely to ensure a smooth transition and transfer of knowledge during the rest of the year.

"Ned Rogerson has been critical to Imtra's success and has helped us adjust to the profound changes that have occurred in our industry over the last 20 years,” Imtra CEO Nat Bishop said in a statement. “He has always assured a solid financial footing for Imtra that has enabled us to maintain a high level of service for our customers."
