The International Superyacht Society named its 2014-17 board of directors and Past Presidents Council.

For the current year and based on a democratic voting system, the ISS said its members awarded eight board positions for three years for the 2014-17 term.

The ISS said its elections are held annually by peer selection. In 2011, association members ratified changes to the bylaws, which now say that 24 elected board members serve three-year terms.

The ISS said the 2014 election cycle marked the completion of the transition to a 24-member board and the full board is now in place.

The new members are:

• Erin Ackor, Moore & Co.

• Danielle Butler, Hill, Betts & Nash

• Gary DeSanctis, Active Interest Media

• Andrew Doole, Show Management

• Michele Leung, Marsh
