Jimmy Buffett tops Discover Boating song chart

Jimmy Buffett's "A Pirate Looks at 40" was voted the top boating song by Discover Boating's Facebook fans.

“Music adds to the escape factor you feel when you're out on the water with friends and family,” Discover Boating president Carl Blackwell said in a statement. “Boating allows you to disconnect from the stress on land, and when you add your favorite songs to that experience it takes the relaxation element of boating to a whole new level.”

More than 1,500 of Discover Boating's Facebook friends voted for their favorite boating song, ranked in order of votes received:
