The quarterly cash dividend is payable on Jan. 26 to shareholders of record at the close of business on Jan. 12, the company announced.

Johnson Outdoors said it will release fiscal 2016 fourth-quarter results on Monday before the markets open and will host a conference call and audio webcast shortly afterward, at 11 a.m. EST, to discuss the financial results and provide a company update.
