Knot 10 Yacht Sales plans Florida offices

Knot 10 Yacht Sales is expanding into the Florida market in 2012 and will be open for business in the early spring, according to general manager Gary Bouthillette.

The Kent Narrow, Md.-based brokerage firm is planning to open offices on the state’s east and west coasts, although no firm locations have been decided on.

“We know our approach will have great success in this market, and we can tell from our growth in the Mid-Atlantic and New England that customers understand and appreciate our fresh approach,” Bouthillette said in a statement. “We have turned down numerous listings in this market and can’t wait to be able to say yes to customers in Florida.”
