Larson Boat Group will start manufacturing Gekko Sport’s four models of towboats from its Little Falls, Minn., facility.

"Larson's state-of-the-art production facilities are impressive and their market-leading production team is the right fit to build Gekkos," Gekko founder and president Mark Overbye said in a statement. "Gekko's headquarters are just 100 miles away, so working closely with Larson Boat Group is a benefit to our mutual desire to produce world-class boats.”

"We are excited and honored that Gekko felt the facilities and our skilled boatbuilders at Larson Boat Group in Little Falls are able to build their boats for them to the standards we collectively expect — of the highest quality," Larson Boat Group president and CEO Rob Parmentier said.

Larson Boat Group sister company Marquis and Carver entered into an agreement in December to manufacture VanDutch Marine Ltd. models for worldwide sale.
