Latitude Industries completes purchase of supplier

Latitude Industries announced today that it completed its acquisition of ChampionMarineUSA.com.

"We are glad this acquisition is complete and we are now currently seeking other acquisition candidates in the marine and transportation industries. We are also looking to put more products for sale on the www.championmarineusa.com website," Carolina Hernandez, CEO of Latitude Industries, said in a statement. "We are also in the process of creating an Internet marketing program to access potential clients to make them aware that this company is available to fulfill any outdoorsman needs."

Hernandez said www.championmarineusa.com is an online store that offers more than 19,000 boat parts, accessories and clothes.
