Maine yacht designer opens Seattle office

Maine-based Stephens Waring Yacht Design announced it is opening a new satellite design office in Seattle.

“Due to an increase in connections with builders and clients on the West Coast of the U.S.A., SWYD is pleased to announce a new part-time office in downtown Seattle,” the company said. “The design house headquarters will remain in Belfast, Maine, but the designers are available to meet by appointment.”

Stephens Waring Yacht Design also said it joined forces with Maine-based Yachting Solutions to provide brokerage and yacht services to its clients and other interested parties.
