Gem Products of Orange Park, Fla., and Marine Hardware of Redmond, Wash., have formed a business alliance with the signing of an exclusive distribution agreement.

Effectively immediately, all Marine Hardware products will be exclusively distributed by Gem Products in the Southeastern United States. Gem manufactures stainless steel products for the marine industry, while Marine Hardware makes highly engineered underwater gear and accessory marine hardware items.

“Gem’s customers have long requested that we add Bronze Hardware, Underwater Gear, Shafting and more proprietary products to our line so that they could single-source all of their hardware needs from one supplier,” Gem president Matthew Bridgewater said in a statement.

Marine Hardware president John Pugh added, “It is my firm belief that Gem and Marine Hardware will create immense value for our mutual customer base when we work together.”
