The Marine Design Resource Alliance will introduce its new members at its upcoming Creative Conference, set for April 3-5 at the Barnsley Gardens Resort in Adairsville, Ga.

The alliance is a non-profit organization made up of suppliers to the marine industry. They promote the industry in ways such as offering scholarships to design schools worldwide to create designs to benefit and/or advance the future of recreational boating.

The annual Creative Conference is held to create new business ideas. Presidents and chief executives of major boat companies attend, and the event is invitation-only.

Speakers this year include Peter Ricchiuti, a Wall Street investment leader, and Ken Schmidt, former director of communication for Harley-Davidson.
