Marquis and Carver Yachts add Maryland dealer

Marquis and Carver Yachts has added Intrinsic Yacht & Ship in Stevensville, Md., as a dealer.

Located at the base of the Bay Bridge, Intrinsic Yacht & Ship will serve Marquis and Carver owners and prospects in Maryland.

"The addition of Marquis and Carver Yachts to our incredible product offering of offshore fishing boats allows us to expand our portfolio and reach a market segment untouched in Maryland and the Chesapeake,” Intrinsic Yacht owner and president Chris Ruggieri said in a statement.

"Our 360-degree concierge operating philosophy is the perfect complement to Marquis and Carver's full line of coupes and bridge boats that we believe will be the key to bringing the Carver and Marquis brands back to a position of prominence in Maryland, offering our boating community these very approachable and big-water, cruising boats."

It’s the fourth dealer the company has added in six months, said Marquis and Carver president and CEO Rob Parmentier.

"I am excited Chris and his team believes in us, our product, the direction of the company and brand to have selected Carver and Marquis to fill a gap and opportunity at his dealership and in his market and feels as strongly as I do with our boats," he said.
