The firm will promote the distributor's range of marine equipment in North America.

Based out of Baltimore and Portsmouth, U.K., GlobalTec Solutions is an international distributor of marine and industrial products. It partners with established companies that produce technical equipment for recreational vessels, megayachts and commercial transportation.

The company's lines include Amare, GenTec, Hydro Tab, Lumitec, Tek-Tanks, Wempe and Yachticon.
