Mastervolt parent company acquires ProMariner

Power Products recently bought Portsmouth, N.H.-based Professional Mariner, also known as ProMariner.

ProMariner manufacturers electronic on-board charging systems, American Boat & Yacht Council-compliant galvanic isolation products, TruePower inverters, binoculars and accessories.

"The acquisition of ProMariner further builds and strengthens our portfolio of leading global power electronic products and brands," Power Products CEO David Scheer said in a statement.

ProMariner will continue operations in its existing location under the current leadership team.

Power Products also is the parent company of Marinco, Mastervolt and Ancor.
