MIASF starts search for executive director


The Marine Industries Association of South Florida announced it is seeking a permanent executive director.

The current executive director, Carlos Vidueira, who volunteered for the position two years ago, will continue in an active role as the association’s treasurer and as a board member. He will remain acting executive director until an appropriate candidate is selected.

The MIASF owns the Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show and has nearly 500 member companies.
