The Marine Retailers Association of the Americas has hired three new employees to enhance membership, education and content channels.
Cecelia Pallotto will serve as education specialist, Jerrod Kelley is the new content manager, and Sherri Cuvala was named membership manager.
“We are thrilled to welcome Sherri, Cecelia and Jerrod to our MRAA team and to bolster all of the great resources we create and contribute to this great industry of ours,” said MRAA president Matt Gruhn in a statement. “Education, membership and content generation are all key drivers within MRAA. We know these three individuals can help us make great strides in these areas, which, in turn, will help us build a more solid foundation and support system for our vast marine audience.”
Pallotto will utilize her Masters in Communication and background as a professor of public speaking to facilitate online course creation, content and tools for MRAATraining.com, Dealer Week education, webinars and more.
As content manager, Kelley will oversee distribution of MRAA materials as well as content generation and management across all MRAA channels. For the last nine years, he served as a public relations consultant for Can-Am at Bombardier Recreational Products.
Managing membership recruitment and renewals for dealers and other retailers will be the chief job duties for Cuvala. She has deep roots in the marine space — Cuvala worked for nearly three decades with the National Marine Manufacturers Association.
