MRAA Adds to Webinar Series

The Marine Retailers Association of the Americas continues to expand its “Ask the Expert”webinar series. This week’s three webinars focus on helping dealers with cash flow.

“We will dig into how dealers manage cash flow during a crisis and deliver insights into how they can improve their financial position,” MRAA vice president Liz Walz said in a statement.

The first webinar is scheduled for April 7 at 12 p.m. (ET) with longtime MRAA course contributor John Spader, of Spader Business Management. Spader will address how to manage the pitfalls of cash flow. Register here.

On April 8 at 12 p.m. (ET), the series continues with Composites a consulting service with some of the best-rated speakers at MRAA’s Dealer Week. The specifics of this session are still being finalized. Register here.

The third webinar, scheduled for April 9 at 12 p.m. (ET) is “Discovering Financial Opportunities Now: Actions Top Dealers are Taking to Weather the Storm.” Tony Perrelli of Morgan Stanley Wealth Management is slated to participate. Register here.

“In a matter of just a couple weeks, our dealers went from focusing on managing growth to being forced to recalibrate their business,” MRAA president Matt Gruhn said. “This newly expanded webinar series is designed to provide guidance on how to do that, including topics like managing expenses, new methods to drive revenue and how to manage cash on hand to make payroll and pay their bills.”
