Nautical Ventures Group names marketing director

The Nautical Ventures Group has hired Remy Mackowski as director of marketing.

Mackowski, who founded and was president of Aris Creative Services, and was chief operating officer and vice president of NFL Alumni Inc., will use his experience in sports marketing and event management to expand Nautical Ventures’ position in the marine marketplace.

“We are at a stage in our growth that requires us to take serious stock of our marketing, branding and social media avenues to continue growing market share in an efficient and intelligent way,” Nautical Ventures CEO Roger Moore said in a statement. “Remy has the unique skill sets to help map out a course that can steer us to the next level.”

Mackowski has a bachelor’s degree in advertising and a master’s degree in fine art.

“I’m thrilled to be a part of this exciting company,” he said. “This is a fun and engaging industry populated by people who want to enjoy their leisure time on the water. My job is to communicate that excitement and positive energy to a broad audience, and I look forward to the challenge.”
