Freedom Boat Club Jacksonville promoted Gracie Stack to club manager of the Julington Creek location. Stack will be responsible for ensuring that dock employees are properly trained and that the boats are clean.

“Gracie has been a great asset to the club since joining our team last year,” said Lisa Almeida, co-owner of Freedom Boat Club, in a statement. “She quickly mastered the duties on the dock and became a leader on our crew. I am sure she will shine in her new role, as well.”

MarineMax named Tyler Layton general manager of its Pompano (Fla.) Yacht Center location and Cary Smart as general manager of its Wrightsville Beach, N.C., dealership.

Layton joined MarineMax in 2016 as a business manager in Clearwater, Fla., and was promoted to general manager of the Wrightsville Beach location.
