The National Marine Manufacturers Association added 27 new members.

Among the most noteworthy names are Viking Yacht Co. in New Gretna, N.J., and Burger Boat Co., of Manitowoc, Wis.

Breaking down 23 of the new members by division, eight companies joined the boat manufacturer division. Eight companies in the marine accessories and components division also increased the membership.

The NMMA added eight associate service provider members, mostly insurance and finance companies, and two associate member dealers joined the group.

The NMMA’s board of directors approved all of the new members at a meeting during the American Boating Congress in May.
