The National Marine Manufacturers Association is hosting a day on the water during the Republican National Convention and the Democratic National Convention.

The NMMA is joining with the Lake Erie Marine Trades Association to teach members of the RNC about the economic value of the marine industry during a two-day reception on the water July 20-21 in Cleveland, the NMMA announced.

On July 26, the NMMA will hold demonstrations and an on-water event for the DNC along the Delaware River in Philadelphia, the group said.

The NMMA is asking marine industry businesses to use the platforms to discuss stories of “small business success in America,” as well as boating issues with members of Congress and their staff.
