NMMA names director of engineering standards

Scott Berry has joined the National Marine Manufacturers Association as director of engineering standards.

Berry has worked in various areas of the marine industry over the past 18 years, including engineering, quality, and supply-chain management.

His most recent certifications include American Boat and Yacht Council Marine Systems Certification, ABYC Marine Standards Certification, and NMMA Compliance Engineer Certification, according to the NMMA.

In his new role, Berry will support members through management of the product certification programs, standards development and technical support.
