The National Marine Manufacturers Association is now a conservation partner of the Florida Fish & Wildlife Foundation and will feature the foundation’s conservation efforts in February at the Miami International Boat Show.

The foundation helps bring attention to the importance of protecting natural resources, particularly waterways. It describes itself at its website as the citizen-support organization of the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission.

As part of the partnership, the NMMA will host the foundation at the Miami show’s new venue, Miami Marine Stadium Park and Basin. At the Feb. 11-15 show the foundation will showcase its popular Fishing Camp for Kids, Youth Conservation Camp and “I Do” campaign encouraging Florida anglers to buy a fishing license.

The foundation will offer fishing licenses for purchase to boat show visitors onsite during the show.
