The National Marine Manufacturers Association is promoting NMMA certification to boaters and potential boaters in an effort to help certified members stand out. As part of the effort, NMMA launched new marketing materials and revamped existing ones to educate consumers about certification and what it means.

NMMA boat shows promote certified boats and trailers with signage, articles and listings of NMMA-certified manufacturers. Discover Boating promotes the benefits of certification to boat buyers on its website and through social media.

A new partnership with BoatTest.com will bring attention to certified boats.

NMMA also is providing a new marketing toolkit at NMMA.org.
