NMMA seeks product information for media

The National Marine Manufacturers Association is gearing up for the 2012 winter show season and wants its members' product information to provide to local news stations in markets across the country.

“Your product information is crucial to our boat and sportshow public relations efforts and used extensively in each market, providing excellent media exposure to participating manufacturers,” the NMMA said in a report to its members.

The association is looking for:

• Running footage of 2012 models on BetaSP (with a DVD for reference, if possible).

• High-resolution new product and lifestyle images (300 dpi, on CD) for new models.

• New or unique product information featured at 2012 shows, including product name, description and cost, as well as the show where the product will be launched and any other shows where it will be featured in 2012.

• Additional new or newsworthy information related to boating, boating safety, the boating industry or water recreation.

Please send any materials no later than Oct. 7 to: Sarah Ryser, c/o NMMA, 231 S. LaSalle St, Suite 2050, Chicago, Ill. 60604
