OneWater Marine Holdings has purchased Caribee Boat Sales and Marina of Islamorada, Fla., which has been serving Florida Keys boaters for more than 70 years. Details of the acquisition were not disclosed.

“We’re excited to welcome Caribee Boat Sales and Marina to the OneWater family of dealerships,” Austin Singleton, CEO of OneWater Marine, said in a statement. “Bill (Gilbert) and his team have built a beautiful facility and operation bayside in the center of Islamorada. We look forward to the contributions that Caribee will make to our growing portfolio of dealerships and marinas.”

Added Gilbert, “OneWater’s strong financial health, coupled with a very experienced leadership team, gave me the confidence in knowing that under their guidance Caribee would continue to grow and thrive.”

Caribee Boat Sales offers Grady White, Pursuit, Maverick, Pathfinder, Hewes and Invincible fishing boats. The facility is the only upper Keys certified Yamaha re-power center and offers indoor storage that can accommodate boats up to 32 feet.
