Ordering deadline nears for NMMA abstract

The deadline is Monday to order a print version of the National Marine Manufacturers Association's Statistical Abstract.

The NMMA will offer its annual Statistical Abstract as a digital PDF file that members can download from NMMA.org.

However, until May 16, members can order a print copy of the 2010 Statistical Abstract. The cost is $55, and it includes shipping and handling.

Non-members can purchase a DVD/digital version of the abstract for $950.

The abstract is a resource for data and in-depth statistics on the U.S. recreational boating industry. The report will be released in June, and it includes the latest data covering the sales of new and used boats; boating participation; imports and exports; the U.S. retail market; economic indicators for recreational boating; and ownership, usage and behavior data from participation and owner surveys.

To order, e-mail Melissa Malito at mmalito@nmma.org or order by phone at (312) 946-6209.
