Ownership changes at Night Vision

Night Vision Technologies of Irving, Texas is under new corporate ownership.

Scott Satine, who previously served as general manager, has been named CEO.

"We recognize an enormous potential for growth and innovation in this company," Satine said in a statement. "Look for NVTi to be a leader in both marine and land-based applications.”

NVTi's physical address, telephone numbers and e-mail addresses, as well as administrative and support contact information will remain unchanged until further notice.

NVTi designs and manufactures advanced night/day vision systems for marine craft, offshore and land-based applications for use in all types of lighting conditions and environments.
