In these tough economic times, some marine companies are taking steps to make things a little easier for their customers.
Pettit Marine Paint officials announced the company will reimburse boat owners $20 for every gallon of Pettit antifouling paint they purchase.
"We see how difficult it is out there every day for boaters and yards," said general manager John Ludgate. "This rebate is our way of giving back to our dedicated customers."
To receive the $20 rebate, purchases must be made before May 31 and “economic stimulus package” requests must be sent in before June 15. Boat owners must complete the rebate form and provide proof-of-purchase (dated receipt and original UPC code from paint label).
There is a limit of two reimbursements per household or individual. Click here for more information.
Sen-Dure Products Inc. announced it will test consumer’s heat exchanger or oil cooler at no charge at its Fort Lauderdale factory. Evaluation will be made to determine the serviceability of an engine’s vital cooling components.
Sen-Dure says it may be able to repair or remanufacture a cooler to original Sen-Dure specifications.
