Polar Kraft’s TX 175 bass boat receives honor

Polar Kraft of Elkhart, Ind., received a 2009 Excellence in Design Award from Trailer Boats for the company’s TX 175 Pro bass boat.

The award was for the Boats Under $25,000 category.

According to Trailer Boats, the TX175 Pro Bass is “a tricked-out, well-made fishing boat that performs well with the minimum — not maximum horsepower.”

“We worked with our owners and dealers to craft the ideal bass boat for today’s recreational and competition anglers, and the TX175 brings the features fishermen want into an affordable boat designed to perform well, even with a smaller motor,” said Rick Gasaway, chief sales and marketing officer for Polar Kraft, in a statement.
