The South Carolina Boating and Fishing Alliance will be introduced during a 10 a.m. news conference tomorrow at the State House in Columbia, S.C. The group intends to bring together marine and sportfishing companies and organizations to grow and protect access, fishing and outdoors experiences in a united voice.
