The National Marine Manufacturers Association and Marine Retailers Association of the Americas have combined forces on a state-by-state guide to reopening plans across the country. The reopening tracking document can be found here and tracks marine retail operations, the details on state’s current phase and the considerations for reopening businesses.

Thomas Wieners has joined the C-Suite at Invincible Boats as its new COO. Wieners has a wealth of experience in overseeing production, holding prior leadership roles at ICON Aircraft, BRP and Mercedes-Benz. “I am thrilled to join CEO John Dorton and the incredible team at Invincible,” said Wieners in a statement. “I have always been a ‘product guy’ and am extremely impressed with what Invincible has done to design and build pristine, high performing boats. I’m looking forward to helping to lead the company as it continues to expand its product portfolio across every region of the world.” 

Northern Michigan’s Walstrom Marine has added Traverse Bay Marine in Traverse City for its fifth location to complement marinas in Bay Harbor, Charlevoix, Cheboygan and Harbor Springs. “We are thrilled to be expanding our presence in the Traverse City area boating community and excited to offer our unparalleled level of service to more boaters on both the Great Lakes and many surrounding inland lakes,” said president Tom Ervin in a statement. The full-service, family-run marina group was founded in 1946 and is a dealer for Chris-Craft, Pursuit, Sea Ray and Tiara Yachts.
