The 2020 Florida Skiff Challenge, which was slated to start April 2, has been postponed until further notice. The race — founded by Captains For Clean Water to raise awareness of the state’s myriad water issues — is a non-stop, 1,300-mile circumnavigation around the state of Florida in 18-foot skiffs.

The Boating Industry Association of Australia has cancelled the Sydney, Brisbane and Adelaide Boat Shows for 2020 based on forecasts and developments of COVID-19. The Adelaide show had a contingency date set for late September. “This decision will enable the BIA resources to fully focus on member support at this challenging time,” organizers said in a statement.
