Teakdecking Systems Inc. has acquired Barcelona, Spain-based Teak Solutions SL — a company founded in the United States in 1993 and later relocated — in an effort to reinforce its presence in the European marine market. “Now, with a base operation in Europe, our ability to serve our clients is greatly improved,” said Teackdecking Systems president Richard Strauss in a statement. “We will have access to well-established superyacht hubs of the Balearic and Mediterranean Seas. With a presence in these locations, we are making it easier for customers to work with us.”
