A Miami federal judge said he would likely not dismiss a lawsuit over who owns a $1 million yacht that has been removed from a dock on the Miami River to a marina in Aventura. U.S. District Judge Federico Moreno said he would allow a Hialeah business that currently possesses the yacht to keep it, saying the ownership fight was a “mess” and suggesting federal authorities might want to seize the 98-foot vessel, according to the Miami Herald.
