Saunders Yachtworks says it reached an agreement on a long-term lease with Orange Beach Marina in Orange Beach, Ala.

The Orange Beach facility for the company consists of a 1.5-acre yard and 10,000-square-foot works building complex; a 60-ton wide-beam Travelift; and a parts office. Saunders will also lease several slips from the marina for customer boats that are being serviced.

Saunders has been at the marina since 1995 and the new lease has options to continue through 2025.
