Saunders Yachtworks says it reached an agreement on a long-term lease with Orange Beach Marina in Orange Beach, Ala.

The Orange Beach facility for the company consists of a 1.5-acre yard and 10,000-square-foot works building complex; a 60-ton wide-beam Travelift; and a parts office. Saunders will also lease several slips from the marina for customer boats that are being serviced.
