Social-media company offers money-back guarantee

Engaged, a social media company specializing in the marine industry, introduced a social media money-back guarantee.

If the company cannot generate 30 targeted Facebook leads — 30 new "Likes" in 30 days — customers get their money back.

During the last four years, Engaged founder and CEO Josh Chiles has studied how Facebook people use the platform and interact with businesses, how targeted ads work and how apps boost engagement and generate leads. In doing so he has developed a strategy for marine businesses.
