Engaged, a social media company specializing in the marine industry, introduced a social media money-back guarantee.

If the company cannot generate 30 targeted Facebook leads — 30 new "Likes" in 30 days — customers get their money back.

During the last four years, Engaged founder and CEO Josh Chiles has studied how Facebook people use the platform and interact with businesses, how targeted ads work and how apps boost engagement and generate leads. In doing so he has developed a strategy for marine businesses.

“Most dealers are still unsure about what to expect when using social media, unsure how to turn a Facebook like into an actual lead and especially unsure when it comes to spending money on social media,” Chiles said in a statement. “So we are taking the risk and worry out of using social media by offering our money-back guarantee. We have literally cracked the Facebook code and can generate targeted leads directly from Facebook.”

“Engaged makes social media work for us,” Prince William Marina owner Carlton Phillips said in a statement. “We are building stronger relationships with both our current and new customers and driving productive new leads. Well worth it.”
