Soundings Trade Only announced today that industry veteran Chris Pelikan joined its sales team as sales manager. Pelikan, who has worked in the boating industry for more than 25 years, reports to Trade Only publisher Michele Goldsmith.

“As we evolve the Soundings Trade Only media platform, Chris will bring a broad knowledge base and strong connections with the industry,” Goldsmith said in a statement. “His positive attitude, consultative approach, and expertise with print and digital media will be valuable as we grow the Soundings Trade Only brand.”

Pelikan will manage sales in the Southeast, Gulf of Mexico region, Arizona and New Mexico. His past experience includes key roles at Freebird Communications, Affinity Group, Poole Publications and Brainstorms Advertising.
