Soundings Publications was recently recognized with the Best Marketing Partner award, which was presented by the National Marine Manufacturers Association, producer of the Miami International Boat Show & Strictly Sail.
Soundings was honored for its marketing excellence and dedication to promoting the show. Its marketing efforts included an array of media, including print, e-mail blasts and e-newsletters.
In addition to media exposure of the show, Soundings and the Miami Herald sponsored the annual Discover Boating photo contest, which not only brought visitors to the show, but also promotes and encourages people to live the boating lifestyle.
"We were thrilled to receive this award in recognition of our efforts to promote the Miami International Boat Show & Strictly Sail," marketing manager Mary Beth Morrisey said in a statement. "We hope to continue this partnership with the NMMA Miami International Boat Show & Strictly Sail and support them in their efforts to grow boating and help advance the recreational marine industry."
